Floor Hard & Soft
Bringing extensive experience in dust control, mop
cleaning added with suction and steam cleaning.​
Mopping / suction cleaning / steam cleaning
Hard floors (Vinyl, Laminate, Tiles, Linoleum and anti-slip). Damp mopping – hard floors will be damp mopped regularly as specified, and spot mopped as necessary, using pre-impregnated microfiber flat mops Machine scrubbing – where practical, and in accordance with the specification, required areas will be machine scrubbed using medium sized machines. Burnishing – hard floors will be burnished as required to maintain a uniform appearance.
Added to this Carpets will be hoovered and cleaned with a dry foam shampoo, using an upright rotary scrubbing machine and suction cleaned wet-vac. Suction Cleaning soft floors will be suction cleaned on a daily basis or as required using a tub or upright vacuum cleaner. Soft floors will be regularly checked for spots, spillages and stains and cleaned as soon as possible after notification. Stains as there is no single substance capable of removing all stains, the chosen method will depend on a number of factors such as type of stain, floor stained, degree of stain and age of stain. They will then be removed physical or chemical methods Physical Methods used include absorption, friction, heat or freezing. Chemical Methods include detergents or solvents.
Fixtures, Fittings & Surfaces
Damp dusting is the most effective method of dust removal in all areas and it ensures its permanent removal from the environment. We will use damp dusting in all reachable areas including high level areas High-level surfaces will be maintained either using static mops or a high dusting attachment fitted to suction cleaners.
Walls, Paintwork & Jet Washing
Walls and paintwork will be spot cleaned as required to hand height. A damp cloth and a solution of neutral detergent will be used to remove any unwanted stains. Our method of cleaning will remove anything unwanted without leaving any discolouration to paintwork or wall finishes.
Old and deteriorated brickwork and stonework will be scrubbed, and pressure washed to restore it back to its original condition. Our jet washing process will re-establish the appearances of entrances. Walkways and recreational areas and promote the image of your business.
